Refund Policy

Consulting Services

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. You may reschedule a session up to 24 hours before without penalty. For cancellations within 48 hours of the session, no refund is provided due to reserved availability and preparatory work.

Digital Products

To request a refund for digital products, contact us within 14 days of purchase. The content must have been accessed less than 20 percent. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment channel within 7 business days.

Physical Goods

Physical goods may be sent back within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in original packaging. You are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment channel within 7 business days after we receive the item.

You agree to provide accurate information when using our site and purchasing services or products. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Limitation of Liability
